比較推薦酒店的早餐。自助式的，外加可以單點一道先做的，有煎蛋、omelette, 班尼迪克蛋、avocado bread and pancake。聽周圍兩個年紀大的德國人（大概）在吃了omelette 後非常推薦。

The staff at the reception has some serious attitude issue. Well I booked a queen sized bed for a night, however when I checked in it was a twin bed. So I called the front desk and told them that I paid for a queen bed, is there any way that they can make my order right. They kept repeating that they were filled booked. I replied indicating that there is something wrong with order clearly, and what I got was a silent treatment. What’s the most fun part of all this was two staff was taking turns to listen to my problem as if this was a joke, and their excuse was their English is not good. I was like ***? Anyhow, worst IHG experience ever! 另外，看到很多國人在店裡，這個酒店位置算比較偏，而且local的原話是“shady part if Vienna”，姐妹們也注意安全吧～

열흘간 숙박했음에도 시트 교체는 한번 아니면 없었던 것 같고, 룸 안에 머리카락, 먼지가 너무 많았으며, 더욱이 1센티 정도의 벌레가 침대에 있어서 ...

A little bit far away from the station and downtown. In the restaurant I ordered "free tap water", but got charged for a bottle of still water. At first the floor of the restroom was dirty. Solved thereafter.

비엔나 중심지를 도보로 갈 거린 아니지만, 차로 이용하기에 무리없으며, 주변이 조용하고 바로 길 건너편에 마트가 있어 편리. 호텔 바로 앞에 스트릿주차가 가능함. 주말과 밤10시 이후는 무료.

The hotel is new, well located. we can park directly in front of The hotel. Workers are very politely and helpful, especially Rodrigo, who made our check-in very convenient and gave us good tips for traveling in Vienna. We will come again!

Nos gusto mucho el hotel. Es una buena ubicación, segura tranquila, cerca del metro. Las instalaciones son modernas. La limpieza de la habitación estaba bien. La habitacion comoda. Y el servicio muy coordial.
